Saw this on eBay and didn't know if it belonged to one of our members. I have no connection to the eBay seller or the families involved. I almost missed it as the work Ramsgate in the item title is spelled "Ransgate". Item Number 6634877833 " This is a two page draft for the conveyance of 56 Percy Road, Ransgate Kent dated 5th June 1906. It is hand written in black ink, with corrections in red ink. The property being sold by Mr. Ernest A. Friend, licensed victualler of the Duchess of Kent public house to Mr. David Jeffrey Featherstone of 38 Percy Road, Ramsgate." Best wishes Elizabeth
