Hi, I'm trying to trace a Charles Arthur Foster born in Ramsgate in 1868. He is with the family in Vale Road in 1881 but I can't find him after that. Rumour has it that he may have emigrated to the US and I have searched the Ellis Island site which produced 1 possibility, but it is a bit tenuous. I wondered whether any lister living in the US would have any ideas or suggestions of other places to search. I know this isn't much to go on but I also know that people on this list are very resourceful so thought I'd give it a try. Best wishes, Terry
