Hi Suzannah, Just got back from holiday and saw this post. I have looked through my research and can't find an E Eastland so I am presuming it's not mine??? There's an Edwin Albert & Elizabeth Jane Eastland in the workhouse at Margate in 1901so it could be them??? It says he's a general man & carpenter, a worker at the institute so it may not be??? Basically I don't know - sorry.
