Cannot see where William Henry is, if he was a Mariner he may be at sea? I shall have an indepth look if you like? Did it give William's occupation on his 1903 marriage? Below is the birth Certificate reference for William. It is signed by William J Fillings/Gillings, assistant curate of S Johns Thanet. my grandmother's name on the certificate is Mary Wilkie Mitchell Johnston. Groom is : William Henry Emptage., both from Margate.father of groom: Humphrey John Emptage, Occpation: mariner.
