Whereas the acting Commissioners, in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded against Roger PANNELL, of Margate, in the Isle of Thannett in the County of Kent, Maltster, have certified to the Rt. Hon. Simon Lord HARCOURT, Baron of Stanton-Harcourt, Lord-Keeper of the Great Seal of Great Britain, that he hath in all things conform'd himself to the Directions of the late Acts of Parliament made concerning Bankrupts: this is to give Notice, that his Certificate will be allow'd and confirm'd as the said Acts direct, unless Cause be shewn to the contrary, on or before the 9th of August next.
