Isle of Gazette 13th May 1948 WOMAN FOUND UNCONSCIOUS Police officers who forced an entry into her flat on Tuesday morning, found Mrs Mary Elsie BLACKBURN (34), of Northdown Park Road, Margate, unconscious in bed. After first aid treatment was rendered, she was rushed to Margate General Hospital by ambulance, suffering from suspected aspirin poisoning.
