I am looking for a Caroline Petley who married John Adams in 1847 ish. According to the census she was born 1826 Stourmouth. On the pilot search from the LDS she is born to James and Jane in 1726 not 1826 although this couple are having other children at this time. It seems there fore the LDS have made a mistake. Can someone check this for me or is there anyone with this family Thanks Lis

As you can see by the surname of Caroline on Freebmd, many transcriptions can be mistranscribed and Caroline appears with the aforesaid James and Jane on the 1841 Census.
