    3. Yes, Ramsgate Library reopned Jan 2009. It has an excellent local studies section. You may wish to contact Thanet Crematorium before your visit, as they hold the records for Ramsgate Main Cemtery as it will be a tough job finding the grave without a number or location ans the cemetery is HUGE!
