I am trying to find the parents of Dorothy Mabel Shaw, born Jan - Mar 1909 in Ramsgate. I have checked St. Lawrence PRs and she was not baptised there, so I am guessing that St George's is very likely. However the library only have PRs up to 1905. I believe BTs cover the period up to 1910. By 1911 Dorothy had been adopted by Arthur and Priscilla Goodbourn and was living in Birchington.
