FATAL ACCIDENT TO A BICYCLIST. - The eldest son of Captain Charles RITCHIE , M.P. for the Tower Hamlets, a most promising youth of 18 years, has been staying with his father at Elmwood, St. Peter's, Thanet, and while there he fell from his bicycle, severely cutting and otherwise injuring his hand. Sir Joseph PAGET was called in, but notwithstanding that the greatest skill and attention was provided, lockjaw set in, and the young man died.
