Hi, Can anyone give me any information about Ernest Edward Griggs who took his own life by drowning on the 29th Sept 1923 in a dyke near the cricket marsh ? He was living at 3 St Heliers Villa Augustine Road at the time and was a signalman for Southern Railways. Are there any reports etc in the local papers? Who was living at St Heliers at the time ? Dave
