Hi Elaine, I have found a birth for William Moses Harrison in 1854 1d 185 on Freebmd but it was registered in Newington Surrey, could the family have been there. William along with his two young siblings are memorialized on his Mum and Dads Headstone. I cannot find this young boys birth registration, I was hoping to find at least his christening but alas no. Even the 1851 census record is of no help, his Mum and siblings are on the record but not poor William.
