Because of my name, I was once sent by a helpful librarian doing a spring clean, a Draft Conveyance of No. 8 Ethelbert Road, The Elms, Ramsgate It's dated 10th March 1920 and is from Mrs Florence Annie Slade to Mr Alfred Edward Jeffrey. A second page relates to an Indenture made 10 March 1920 between Florence Annie Slade the wife of William Henry Slade formerly of Walton House, the Vales, Ramsgate and now of 5 Broughton Villas, Thames Street, Walton-on-Thames in the County of Surrey, Photographer, and Alfred Edward Jeffrey of 8 Ethelbert Road, The Elms Ramsgate.
