Mr E WHITE, who had been with the Kent Grocery Firm of Messrs Vye and Sons for 31 years, leaving Whitstable to become the Manager of the Firm's Broadstairs Branch. Mr WHITE had been manager in Whitstable High Street for 27 years and had built an excellent business for his firm. His promotion to the branch at Broadstairs was well deserved and all the customers of Messrs Vye and Sons in Whitstable wished him every success in his new position. I've gone a bit further and systematically gone through every year for one name that I'm interested in. For each entry I've right clicked and then done "Copy Shortcut". Next I've pasted the result into Microsoft Word and used Find and Replace in Word to remove all the extraneous information, leaving me with a long list of all marriages for that surname. I moved the list from Word into Excel and am going to update with the names of the churches from Brenda's spreadsheet. If you get completely stuck: Right-click on the desired name - click on copy shortcut - and then paste it to Word or something similar - and hey presto you will see all of the details including dates.
