hello list, this is my first post so please forgive me if the protocol is incorrect. I would be very grateful for any information relating to the marriage of Francis Furness Buckle (b 1847 in Westmorland) to Anna Charlotte Baker (b 1852 Margate) that took place in Thanet in Apr/May/Jun 1876. Anna Charlotte Baker was the daughter of William Baker (b 1816 Woodnesborough Kent) and Mary Ann Potts (b 1817 Thanet) who married in 1844 in Thanet and any information/detail of this marriage would also be much appreciated. This same William Baker was a licenced victualler (having previously been a tailor) at the Wheat Shief Inn in Ramsgate during the 1860/70/80s and if anyone has anything on this pub during this period, I would be interested to hear it. Many thanks Martin doust
