Odessa Morrow Isbell informs me that she still has copies of her book available for purchase. They are $100.00 each, which includes postage. It's just the descendants of Levi Isbell (1797-1868) and wife Sarah Birdwell, but also includes some information on his siblings. And it doesn't follow all of Levi's descendants, either, just some of them, but still contains interesting information.
