WILLIAM PARKE ARMSTRONG, President of the City national Bank of Selma, and the Isbell National Bank of Talladega, died at his home in Selma, Ala., yesterday, of gastritis, from which he had been suffering for some time. He leaves a son, Houston Armstrong, who is engaged in mining business in Montana; another son, the Rev. W.P. Armstrong of the Theological Faculty of Princeton College, and two daughters in Selma.
