Hi all, I was doing some library research today and of course since I believe that my great grandfather Irvin died in Alabama I was in that section. I didn't find my great grandfather but I did find the following information. I haven't been able to connect it to my Irvin line but may one of you can. Alabama Court Documents Thomas Irvin in Mobile County in Wills Vol. 2 page 66 dated 1837-1857 Mary Irvin in Henry County in Orphan Court Records Vol. M page 140 dated 1861-1862 William Irvin in Henry County in Orp. Court Rec. Vol. F page 123 & 251 dat 1848-1853 Hope someone can use the information. In case some of you have questions I wouldn't be able to answer them. Unfortunately this is the only information I found in a book on Alabama Court Documents. It was very much like a log of documents and where they could be found. Guess you'd have to write to the County Clerk's office for copies. If you want those addresses let me know, I can get that info for you. Good luck donna
