Hi Julia & All These are "my" Irvins. I was wondering if any of your Ervin/Irvins left SC for AL ? I'm looking for the parents of James Irvin/Ervin who was born 1830 in SC - he was married in Al (possibly Tuscaloosa CO) April 3 1851 (to Sarah Elizabeth Lucky) they migrated to Winn Parish LA c 1855. Family history mentioned a John Irving who came from Ireland - there is also the possiblity of an Indian Wife-and running a foot race to win her. It is possible to disagree without using harsh language. There is zero tollerance for a flame. One Flame and you're out. >
