    3. Sorry can't find Francis Byrne or Anna Keary. I have actually extracted all the Byrnes because they are a name I am researching for myself. I thought I had most from that area. Are you sure they are from the Crossbridge area? No Keary/Carey's either Marion -----Original Message----- From: Thomas ohare [mailto:tohare@adelphia.net] Sent: January 19, 2006 5:50 PM To: IRL-WICKLOW-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [Wicklow] Baptisms Crossbridge/Tinahely areas Hello Marion, please check these names against your list. The 3 children emigrated to Buffalo, N.Y., USA about 1850. In the USA they used the surname Burns, although their death records listed their parents as Byrne. Children of Francis (Frank) Byrne and Anna Keary (Carey): James, May, 1825 Michael, Sep, 1830 Maria, July, 1834 Thank you very much, Tom O'Hare, Buffalo, NY ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marion Clare" <marionclare@shaw.ca> To: <IRL-WICKLOW-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, January 19, 2006 7:00 PM Subject: [Wicklow] Baptisms Crossbridge/Tinahely areas > I have around 200 births recorded from the parish records showing both > parents from 1800 - 1836. 3. Is this where I get on the Wicklow list? I am searching my family of Fennell and Jones. My Great Grandfather Henry Fennel was born about 1846 in Mayo, Co. Laois/Queens. He married Dorcas Jones born about 1842 in Holdenstown, Wicklow Co. I have all the info necessary on their children, but I need to go back further. Henry's parents were William Fennell, Mayo, Co. Laois born around 1824. Wife Elizabeth_____ born about 1817 and died Feb. 17, 1910. Dorcas' parents were Robert Jones and Rebecca Carpenter - apparently from Wicklow Co. Dorcas and Henry's children were born out of Baltinglass , Co. Wicklow and Rathvilly, Co. Carlow. I have found MIchael Fennell John Fennell Edward Fennell Thomas Jones Edward Jones Robert P. Jones - Hacketstown may be ours?? But I do not have any days on these. So I don't know if they are related to me or not. I do have some dates on their children. I do know that Dorcas Jones had a cousin with the last name Williams. I did find a Jane Jones that married a John Williams in 1800 in Co. Carlow. My Grandma's sister Elizabeth Fennell married a John Salter in 1913 and he died in 1914. Farm Ballibit, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. Can you help me connect these people? 3. Thanks, Marion, for your help. The only thing I am sure of is that Frank and Anna are from Wicklow. The WHC couldn't locate the family.
