    1. RE: [Wicklow] SHELTON AND BEATTIE AND BEATTY
    2. Cara Thanks for the info, been a bit out of the loop due to a family emergency that has required all my free time. I think that John Beatty of Shelton is indeed my uncle. The letter from him indicates that he would be approximately that age in 1844. Is there any way or where would I go to get more information to determine if Eleanor is his wife, I would assume so but I never assume anything in this research. Michael of Shelton could be the third son. I have a John and Alar and 1 nameless. Uncle John's brother named a son Michael but not sure if the same names would be used, could be their father's name. There are also 3 nameless daughters although hints. I don't have my data with me as I am on business travel in Edinburgh, so close yet so far from Ireland when you have not enough time to pop across the Irish Sea and be there. The Beattys of Ballinacor I can't find as good as a potential connection, it will be listed as wait and see. Where is Ballinacor? I am hoping to get to Ireland in the next year if all goes well. Any help in guiding me to where to research would be most appreciated as always. You are a great person to help us all so much in our research. I just can't thank you enough.
