Well Debby Have you considered that your family just may have been the only Raymond family in Co Wicklow at the time ........... as it does show clearly spelt for other counties as RAYMOND and as late as 1876 it appears as RAYMOND in Co Kerry Was your man a service man was he just a passing man in the County?
