Buck Whaley (1766-1800) Thomas Whaley alias Buck or Jerusalem Whaley was born in Dublin 15/12/1766, he was the eldest surviving son of Richard Chappell Whaley of Whaley Abbey, Co Wicklow who was MP for Wicklow 1747-1760/ Richard Whaley arrived and settled in Ireland in the Oliver Cromwelll time.
