Hi Vickie, I don't know if this will help but I have an ancestor Sarah Willoughsby who was born in 1863 in Balingary Gorey, County Wexford. This is just south of county Wicklow. Her father was Charles and her mother was susan Bass. Sarah had a sister Ellen and she married Issac Bass. Sarah also married a Thomas Bradner >From Enniskerry, Co.
