Hi Cara I don't think there is a Teglin in Wicklow. However there is a Tiglin. Its a townland surrounded by Knockaphrumpa to the west and Boleynass to the north. It is south west of the Devils Glen and is south of the road (R763) that runs from Ashford to Annamoe (about halfway betgween the two towns). There was until recently a place there called the Tiglin Adventure Centre. However there is also a townland called Tiglin about 1/2 mile south of Newcastle on the R761. It is to the west of the road, around the turn off for Five Mile Point. Hi I'd agree - Tiglin that I know is where the adventure centre was, near Annamoe. Looking at logainm.ie (Place-names database of Ireland) though, there is a second one which I'd never heard of. http://www.logainm.ie/?text=tiglin This website gives you exact coordinates of both. My hunch is that you are looking for the one near Annamoe...!
