Hi Im desperate to get my hands on John Niles and Bridget Sulavans marriage cert- Rathdrum 1847 vol 9 page 573. Ive confused myself re whether I should be applying to GRO Dublin or Roscommon, Ive read countless sites and messages and am lost. Im also wondering where I get a pps number from or is this irrelevant for this time frame. Would I give the volume number and page no instead? Lastly is it acceptable to send euro cash, Id rather risk losing 10 euros in the post at the moment after my recent card fraud. Any advice much appreciated. Carol
