This is my first foray onto the Wicklow list and I'm hoping someone will see a connection with my brickwall. Edward Redmond was born about 1830 in Arklow/Dublin. His marriage certificate says he is the son of James and both men are sailors. Edward married Mary Perkins in 1875 in Liverpool and then possibly died at sea in 1884. Any clues are much appreciated!
