    3. I am aware now that some of you are new listers to the Wicklow list and will not have seen or read the archives of our list, so therefore you will have missed the discussion on the years gained and the years lost between 1901- 1911 census A really classic one is Anna's family of Francis Byrne aged 62 Mary Carton Byrne aged 60 where she has located them in the 1901 Census under Francis and Mary with children Anna 15 and Patrick 12...............childrens ages I am not aware they were added with years but parents were. Then in the 1911 Census Frank and Mary Byrne are still living at 48 Newtown Vevay Bray- and they are still only 62 and 60 years of age So they for 11 years gained no ages so one must suspect that the true age is now given in the 1911 census. Ages were raised in the 1901 census and you must all be aware of this - they were hoping to get the aged pension, and many lost 10 years in the 1911 census, but Anna's family were really cute they neither gained nor did they lose any years. But were still living in the general area she was searching for them in. I have forwarded Anna the link to this family. The hard work is hers now to find more Good luck Cara
