    3. It appears nothing is sacred and a recent problem with AOL has left people with their emails being hacked yet again, by people, who are writing begging letters for details If this occurs and you are lister, personal friend even, the mail comes in to me, personally and via your Rootsweb setting where it bounces to me three times. Boring !!!!yes for you-work for me I then have no alternative but to unsub the lister/s so therefore any of you using a mild password need to review the password and perhaps update it for security reasons, or at least run a true address and a generic address to hold your mails the options always being yours to take. But there is no other way but to to unsub listers this happens to - and hope in time the lister realises that they are no longer able to use that account as it is . 2. Redmond
    3. This is my first foray onto the Wicklow list and I'm hoping someone will see a connection with my brickwall. Edward Redmond was born about 1830 in Arklow/Dublin. His marriage certificate says he is the son of James and both men are sailors. Edward married Mary Perkins in 1875 in Liverpool and then possibly died at sea in 1884. Any clues are much appreciated!

    3. Hello, Can anybody tell me if it is possible to get prisoner records for Wicklow Gaol and Kilmainham Gaol, Dublin? The period I am interested in is the late 1880's to the early 1900's. Thanks, Pauline

    1. Re: [IRL-WICKLOW] Gaol Records
    2. Pauline, The records are held at the National Archives, Bishop Street, Dublin 8. I'm not sure about whether Wicklow is available there, but Kilmainham certainly is. You'd need to have a fair idea of the date someone was committed as the registers are large. You would need to go to the Archives in person to do the search.
