    3. Hi Mary, The 1901 census is on-line for some counties but not unfortunately Kerry. See http://www.leitrim-roscommon.com/1901census/ I looked up the Kerry records in the Tralee Library and in the Dublin National Archives. The good news is that they are intending to put them on-line but who knows how long that will take. "The National Archives of Ireland has arranged for the digitisation, indexing and contextualisation of its most popular records, the census records for 1901 and 1911. The resulting website will contain images of the forms for each household and institution, which will be indexed by name (all names), townland/street, age and sex. The site will be free to access, with no charge to use the indexes or view the images. The first phase of the project, Dublin City and County 1911, is to be launched in Autumn 2007." http://www.nationalarchives.ie/contactus/census.html I found the Tralee Library staff really helpful Yes wasn't the match just fantastic! 'Go Ireland for the Six Nations' Regards Anne Searching for SLATTERY in Abbeydorney, Ardfert and Kilflyn, O'DONNELL in Slieve and Glanmore, O'CONNELL in Deerpark Lixnaw and GAUGHAN, LOFTUS, REILLY, NOONE in Gladree Mayo >Can anybody tell me if there is any accessibility on-line for looking >up information on the 1901 and 1911 census? Or is it only in the >regional libraries that you can get access.
