Evening all, The WALSH's from St MARY's KILMORE that married in the COUSINS are part of my family tree Peter we have written quite often in the past Hoped that all is well with you. I am sorry to say that I am not getting very far with my IRISH problems That Includes my main family the COLLINS w!! My Grandfather MICHAEL COLLINS and Great Grandfather THOMAS COLLINS were born in IRELAND the latter was a tailor but that has not helped at all. Hi Peter, I have a Collins on the British Census for ? 1861 Cheshire who lived (border) with our ancestors from Wexford by the name of Hoare. can't remember forename of Collins though-sorry. I know this sounds obvious, are you focusing on the Cork area? Collins is essentially a (West) Cork name.
