Hi Cara, I have an elusive bride of John Roche of Busherstown, Bannow. She was probably a Harpur of Kilmore (where there were lots of Harpurs unfortunately), although may also have been from Busherstown but related to Harpurs of Kilmore. Marriage would have taken place in the 1840s. Just letting you know in case you spot anything on your browsings. I could not locate any birth / baptism details for him (maybe because I was looking for DOWNS and should be looking for POUNS).
