Morning Edd, The Scar you are looking for is “Scarnagh” (Lower or Upper) It is on the N11 between Inch and Arklow, but would be in the parish of Castletown. The only other “Scar” in county Wexford is in the Parish of Duncormick which is extreme south of the county.
