I do remember that you were going to be in that area on one of your more recent trips, and would appreciate your checking your notes for any Sinnott or variation headstones that you obtained then. My Sinnott's were back and forth between Castletown and Arklow James Sinnott my 4Ggrandfather b. 1737 in Castletown was married in Arklow 17 Jan. 1762 to Ann Conner, their three children Pierre/Pierce,Mary and John were all Christened. there in 1763,1766 and 1775. The only notation I have on James death is that he is buried in Kilkevan,Near Castletown,Wex. Pierre/Pierce my 3Grandfather was married to Catherine Carty in Arklow on 15 Jul.1791, She was b. 1769 in Castletown and their three children James,Thomas and Ann were all born in Castletown,Wex on 1793,1796 and 1799 Thomas is my 2Ggrandfather and he moved to N.B. Can in 1821. How ?????? You will also need to remember that Cara has headstones from this area and I guess if she looked the Sinnott or Synot name would be among them. Also if you look in the archives of the Co Wicklow List you will find under Castletown further reading on the church etc in this area.
