Lori, You should be able to determine birth years for both Susannah and Sarah from NZ death certificates. Try looking for their births of parents marriage and deaths on http://www.rootsireland.ie/ You said they were young when they migrated. That made me think they were children, but my guess would be in there late teens. Have you found their shipping records? Is it possible parents of a brother came also? The other place to check in 1901 and 1911 census of Ireland free online.
