    3. Does anyone have any information as to when exactly County Wexford records will become available online via the IFHF? These records were previously managed by the Wexford Genealogy Centre at the Yola Farmstead Folk Park, Tagoat, Rosslare. Previous indications suggested early 2010. Thanks, Paul Cullen

    2. Hi Paul, I know the next two Counties to go online on: www.irishgenealogy.ie Are Carlow and Cork Also the 1901 census is well on time since it was switched from the Canadian transcribers to the Indian's. How they launched the 1911 census without Soundex beggers belief. Take the name O'Brien you have to try all different variations Brien, OBrien, O Brien and all these variations including Brian, Bryan etc, all bring up a different set of results. 3. Brendan, Many thanks for your response. The update regarding the 1901 census being "well on time" is indeed good news. However the internet site I am interested in can be found at: http://ifhf.brsgenealogy.com/index.php. and whilst this database contains almost 40 million Irish ancestral records unfortunately they are not free to view. They have collated records from many of the counties of the island of Ireland but some including those from the County of Wexford remain outstanding and hence my query as to when we can expect these to be added. Regards, Paul. -----Original Message----- From: irl-wexford-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:irl-wexford-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of irishmediaweb@eircom.net Sent: 15 February 2010 13:51 To: irl-wexford@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [IRL-WEXFORD] Irish Family History Foundation Hi Paul, I know the next two Counties to go online on: www.irishgenealogy.ie Are Carlow and Cork Also the 1901 census is well on time since it was switched from the Canadian transcribers to the Indian's. 2. Hi Paul, If you check the IFHF map, it is my understanding that all the reds are going to appear on the www.irishgenealogy.ie site, the other good news is that the records will be free. You could email them if you wish, they always send me a reply.
