    3. Hi well I am specifically looking for Alice THOMPSON daughter of Nathanial THOMPSON(shoemaker) Alice b around 1820-25 "Wexford" so not sure if town or county. She had a son James THOMPSON or HOARE in Dublin b 28th Dec 1846 or 7 (this James later known as John James Hoare but parents didn't marry until 1872). Family may have been protestant. Estate of Nathanial Thompson deceased is listed as having one acre in Griffiths Valuation 1860 but no location. Also building database for BARCO/ BARCOE family originally from Co Kilkenny and have some b Wexford. Any additions or queries welcome. Best wishes to all Jane

Subject: Roll Call - Parle, Meyler, and possibly Furlong and Quirke Email: bkreitler@hotmail.com, Bob Kreitler Text: My g-g-grandparents, Patrick Parle and Margaret Ellen Meyler arrived in the US from Wexford, Ireland in around 1884 and settled in East St. Louis, IL. They are from Gibberwell, Duncormick area of Wexford and attended Rathangan church. My g-g-g-grandparents were Michael Parle and Anastacia Furlong and Nicholas Meyler and Ellen Quirke. I have been researching my family tree for a couple of years and have a lot of the names and dates posted out on Ancestry.com.     3. Looking for Owen Thomas Connick's birth date. Born in Sutton parish (according to Canadian records) around 1820. He had a brother Dennis who died before 1834 and a sister Catherine who lived from 1814 to 1825 (according to their father's tombstone). His father Eugene (Owen) Connick was born around 1773 (according to oral tradition) and died on June 11, 1834 in Kilbrany (buried in Ballyanne where is tombstone can be found). His mother Anastasia Emilia O'Neill (who was alive in 1834 as she is the one who had the tombstone erected)(that is all that is known of her except the fact that she was Owen Thomas' mother according to the mariage record of Owen Thomas.) His grandfather Michael Connick died in 1817 (oral tradition) Michael's father, Walter, died in 1772 (oral tradition) Walter's father, Eugenius Thomas, died in 1724 (oral tradition) Eugenius Thomas' father, Eugenius, died in 1688 (oral tradition) Owen Thomas had sons who were named : (the eldest to the youngest) : Eugene Walter, Thomas Edmund, Oscar and Clarence.
