    3. In a book I have "a little history of st. Mary's and it's memorials" by Joe doran regarding cemetery: Synott date 1809 ...erected by Mary Synnott in memory of her husband James who departed this lifeOct. 22nd 1809 aged 38 yrs This cemetery is located in New Ross, county Wexford. Book does not have any other spellings of sin not etc. Kathleen Sent from my iPad On Dec 31, 2010, at 10:09 AM, patrobison@aol.com wrote: > I am looking for some Sinnett / Sinnott's that came from Co. Wexford. Unfortunately I have no idea where in Co. Wexford they are from. In 1860 Michael Sinnett was in the VA census stating he was from Ireland. His wife was Mary born in VA. I found a death certificate which I guess could be the one Michael Sinnott I am looking for which states his parents were James & Mary Senet from Ireland. Thus I could assume that James, Mary and Michael were born in Ireland. Would like to locate this family in Ireland, birth records, siblings, etc. Next would be to find out when Michael immigrated? Alone? With his parents? Was he previously married? Maybe in Ireland? Two children were listed in the 1860 census Michael 16 and Mary 6 which gives the idea that he may have been previously married and his first child Michael had a different mother. > > Any help? We can discover new avenues available to research in a particular geographical area that are not widely known to the entire county. Othertimes, we can make contacts with persons who have access to a particular baptismal register etc. for our area of research. > > I have nineteenth century ties (1800-1900) to New Ross area of Wexford---- > > Townland of Cullenstown-- Civil Parish-Horetown/ RC Parish--Clongeen > Townland of Ballyvergin (Ballyvirgin)-- Civil Parish-Kilgarvin/ RC Parish--Adamstown > Townland of Garradreen--Civil Parish-Coolstuff/ RC Parish--Glinn (Glynn) > > Also interested in Taghmon RC parish 1800-1810 > > Look foward to hearing from others who are interested in these areas. > > Nancy > > > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to IRL-WEXFORD-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to IRL-WEXFORD-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
