    1. [IRL-WEXFORD] Old Parish Records
    2. marysimpson
    3. Does anybody know if they are going to put more Old Parish Records online on the www.irishgenealogy.ie website? I know that we mustn't cavil and that it is marvellous to have all the records already put on it, but any word on the rest of the OPRs? Specifically the West Cork records. It's been very quiet lately..... Mary

    2. Personally, I find information on generations past very informative and helpful, if I'm to help anyone. I have some Sheehan and Comerford records, but I don't know which families you're looking for. Who was your grandfather or great grandfather? Perhaps I can post some records for you. I am interested in my gggf, Owen Healy, born 1808, married to Catherine Cashin (or Coshin) in the 1830s. May have had three male children (Michael J., born in 1846, perhaps died in infancy, then a Michael J., born on Dec. 29, 1852, and perhaps a boy named James as well. Owen Healy was one of the "Deeps" gang of five who unsuccessfully attempted a farm house invasion and robbery on Dec. 29, 1847. He was tried and sentenced to 7 years "transportation" in July of 1848. After that, he drops out of any additional recorded history- I do not believe he spent "vacation" time in Australia. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Mike Healy 9292 Hammock Rd. 3. Could you please look up to see if Patrick Dwyer's family is in the family books of Wexford? He was born March 17, 1846. Thank you!

    3. I believe this e-mail goes to Keith, and not Joan.
