Frances, I am sorry that I have no information for you..but I would sure appreciate it if you would inform me as to what "Walker's Hibernian" is, how you obtain the info from it,etc.. as I am also researching around the time that you listed the issue of Feb, 1806. My gggrandfather, Nelson RYLAND, was born in County Westmeath in 1805..most likely the Kilbeggan area. I am desperate for any info as I have been getting nowhere fast for quite a long time now!
