Just a note on the topic of Trinity College. A couple of people I did lookups for in Alumni Dublineses did not find their person or the book did not cover past the late 1800's when they had someone there. I was just told by a correspondent that she found a couple more titles: "One is known as List of Pupils who entered TCD 1706-1901. That consists of one fiche only. The number is 6035485. The other is known as Register of Alumni of TCD up to 1968. That one consists of 7 fiche. The number is 6035486." I have not double checked these but it sounds like they are lists and may not have further info in them. Nonetheless, if anyone is seeking proof of someone having gone to TCD and we did not find it these fiche might help. I wanted to pass this info on to anyone it might help.
