I realize that you sent the letter to the Waterford list, but do the military records specifically state Clogheen, Co. Waterford? I know that sounds stupid, but you'd be surprised how many people make inquiries relating to a different part of the country. So I just wanted to be sure that this was the Clogheen in Waterford, and not - say - the much larger Clogheen 10 or 11 miles to the west in Tipperary. Or the Clogheens in Cork or Kildare. And then we have Cashmere. Or, perhaps, we don't. My first thought was "military, Kashmir". Then I thought there might be a location in Ireland or Britain named Cashmere. But I couldn't find a single place with that name in any of the islands. So, I'm left with writing this letter to you, hoping that there may be a tiny piece more of information for us ???
