My Great grandparents Martin Whalen and Ellen Power Whalen came from County Waterford in about 1866 or about then. AT that time they had 2 children and a brother in law, Michael Power came with them. I know Martin's parents were John and Mary Power Whalen Ellen were Richard and Helen Dunn Power. I know the date of their wedding and at least the date of the oldest child's birth. I spent $80.00 once on looking for where Martin and Ellen were born and didn't find anything. That was before I knew their wedding date and the date of their births. I am not sure what more I need to find out where they were born other than County Waterford. Can some one help me?
