I am looking for anyone who may have details on these family names in Co. Waterford. Both Patrick A'Hearn & his wife Mary Kiely were convicted of stealing cutlery in 1828 in Tipperary. But both were born in Waterford. Patrick abt 1798 & Mary Kiely abt 1800. They married abt 1820 in Co. Waterford. At some stage they then moved to Carrick-on-Suir in Tipperary where there first child Margaret was born in 1821. They had 3 more children born in Tipperary Bridget b: 1823 d: 1830, John b: 1826 d: 1830, Patrick b: 1827. After being sent to Australia they had 3 more daughters. Patrick was the only surviving male child. Judy Johanna Quirk, daughter of Matthew & Margaret Quirk, married Thomas Phillips abt 1831 in Waterford, Co. Waterford. They immigrated as Bounty Immigrants to NSW Australia in 1839. When they arrived in Australia they had 2 children, Eleanor [Ellen] b: June 1833 and James b: abt 1835. Regards Annette Mills Australia
