Dear Jann "Trinity Without" refers to this Parish being outside [without] the old walls of the City of Waterford. The name "Parish of the Most Holy Trinity Without" is used to distinguish it from the Cathedral Parish of the Most Holy Trinity, which is inside the area of the old walls of the City.
