Hi All, My earliest Waterford relative is David Maher born in Waterford in 1826. He married Johanna Foley(Cork b.1832) in 1851 in Bangor, Maine. They had two sons born in Maine Patrick(1855,my g-grandfather) and David(1857). They moved to Pennsylvania and had three more children John(1859),Ellen(1864) and Bridget(1868). In 1880 they were listed as living in Chicago, IL. If anyone has any information they would like to share, it would be most appreciated.
