I am guessing that Bill is a Presbyterian and still in Ireland. Has he not heard that they just found out that The Scot's were part of the Irish family at one time? He is really in a bad way. My Family came to America in 1793 and fought at Boyne, to my shame were Orange men I feel their sins upon me and I had nothing to do with it all. Please let me ask forgiveness for my Mc Fadden's in the Part they had in doing any harm to anyone. It's not always easy to remember we are into genealogy. We can acknowledge that in the past there was politics, but current politics has no place on a genealogy and history list. Many of us have grandfathers from Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland.........I am just one of those. I shudder to think what their politics were, but I love them all the same. Bill's tirade came through the Ulster query board and was immediately deleted, but it went to the list at the speed of light. I find no redeeming value to his message and he has not responded to a personal message. That is why discussion of that unfortunate matter is banned on this list.
