Am aware of an old neighbor lady of mine whose name was Mina STEELE, born between 1900 and 1905 in County Antrim, who came to Newburgh, NY probably before 1910, and married a man named Gee in the mid-1920's in Orange County, NY. She died last year at a very advanced age, but has a surviving son, Robert Gee (now living in Florida), and a daughter, Valerie Gee Buckley (still living in Newburgh). If you think there might be a connection, I can put you in touch with either of them. Am personally looking for links to WISEMANs, who were thriving in Ballywatermoy Townland, Ahoghill Parish, near the town of Cullybackey, in the year 1810 or so. My ancestor, ARCHIBALD WISEMAN, emigrated from there to Orange County in about 1835. Seeking info on his parents, ?(possibly James) WISEMAN and MARGARET DUNLAP.
