I know they had one daughter named Frances E. who was married to William Chittick in Simcoe County, Ontario Canada. The marriage certificate notes that all parties of of the Church of England (what a coincidence that I am Episcopalian). Marriage certificate shows James, Sarah and Frances were born in Ireland.
