Are you in Australia? I descend from John's brother Robert who ended up in Missouri USA and had a couple of little banks. Have been trying to go further back than Hugh, their father, and John, his father (b. 1760) but there is a lot of difficulty in Ireland with records missing etc. The Ulster Historical Society is working on it. They had sent me some material about the descendants of Hugh - some of whom were quite notable in Ireland, and I have several pages but I'd have to get someone to scan them.
